eLearning courses are often the bread and butter of corporate training design departments. Some departments just churn them out but it's important to collaborate with stakeholders at the beginning of a project to identify the behavioral objectives and make sure we're not jumping into eLearning before we know whether it's actually the right solution. Once the groundwork has been laid, we can start designing the course and identify which tools to use for delivery.
This course was built as an intermediate course. After learners take the introduction to Gamification, then they bring all of their knowledge together to think more critically about the topic.
